About The Position

This is a Float Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) opportunity at Brownsburg Meadows Assisted Living. The LPN will be required to work various shifts based on need, with a new schedule issued monthly. In this role, LPNs develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories. Nurses utilize their skills daily to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction. Requirements

Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
Proficient medication management skills.
Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence to residents, family members, customers and staff.
