About The Position
Float Position Available Springfield, MO and Surrounding Areas Full-Time– IMMEDIATE Opening Haven Home Care is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support for seniors in Springfield and the surrounding areas. We now offer both regular and Float position—with guaranteed full-time hours. 🆕 Full-Time with Guaranteed Hours Guaranteed 40 hours/week 8am-5pm shift 5 days/week, which may include weekends Flexibility to serve clients across different locations 💵 Pay: $16 - $18
Requirements
- At least 6 months paid or 12 months unpaid caregiving experience
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with insurance
- Able to lift 50 lbs
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Prepare meals and clean up after
- Perform light housekeeping (sweeping, dusting, laundry)
- Run errands or provide transportation
- Offer companionship and emotional support
