Pay for a Float Caregiver, also known as a Float Direct Support Specialist, now starting at $18.55 per hour plus overtime eligible! Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Maintain a valid driver's license.
Be mentally and physically capable of assisting residents based on their needs.
A strong passion for helping others with mental and physical disabilities.
Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Should you be chosen, employees are required to pass a pre-employment physical, TB test, and background checks.

Nice To Haves

Prefer candidates to have at least 2-3 years of caregiving experience

Responsibilities

Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, making meals, toileting, and transportation.
Float between 2 to 3 programs
Required to work 40 to 48 hours minimum per week .
Must be flexible with hours to work, with the ability to work various shifts such as days, evenings, and weekends.
