Looking for steady pay you can count on , variety in your day, and a team that truly supports you? Hands at Home Care Services is hiring Full-Time Caregivers in the Portland and surrounding areas . This is a guaranteed-hours position — if a client shift cancels, you still get paid . If you’re dependable, compassionate, and like helping where you’re needed most, this role offers stability, flexibility, and respect for your time . As a Full-Time Caregiver , you’ll provide: Personal care and assistance with daily activities Companionship and light homemaking Coverage support for clients when regular caregivers are unavailable This role is ideal for caregivers who: Enjoy variety and meeting different clients Want reliable income without worrying about cancellations Are comfortable traveling within a defined service area When client hours are light, you’ll still be paid through training, shadowing, or support work to meet your weekly guarantee. Schedule Weekdays with occasional weekends Hours generally between 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM At least 25 hours/week guaranteed (with potential for more) Occasional daytime backup availability (paid and fully supported — no overnight on-call) Major holidays off , unless you choose to work Travel Portland and surrounding service area Most assignments are local; occasional longer drives may occur Mileage reimbursed at $0.725/mile

Requirements

1+ year caregiving experience preferred (home care, assisted living, or facility)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation - Preferred
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility
Immunization records (MMR, Varicella, Flu within past 12 months)
