About The Position

Air Charter Service (ACS) is a leading aircraft charter company that provides passenger and cargo aircraft charters worldwide, acting as an intermediary between clients and operators. Sales Consultants manage the full travel/sales cycle for high-net-worth individuals, CEOs, celebrities, and other clients. With offices across North America, South America, Europe, CIS, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and Australasia, ACS offers personalized charter solutions using local knowledge. ACS is a rapidly growing company, generating over $1 billion in revenue and arranging more than 25,000 charter flights annually. The Flight Representative Manager will lead, train, and develop the Flight Representative team, setting clear expectations and addressing issues proactively. This role involves building strong relationships with ACS Private Jets teams, designing and delivering structured training and onboarding programs, and providing hands-on operational support before, during, and after flights. The manager will continuously refine training processes to improve service quality, lead strategic projects for department growth across the U.S. and Canada, act as the primary escalation point during live operations, develop FBO relationships nationwide, oversee monthly records and reporting, and strengthen collaboration with Jet Card Managers to ensure a high-quality client experience while safeguarding ACS and its clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train and develop the Flight Representative team by setting clear expectations, recognizing strong performance and addressing issues proactively.
  • Build and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with ACS Private Jets teams.
  • Design and deliver structured training, onboarding programs and operational standards
  • Develop and maintain training checklists, onboarding guides, and clear “what to do and what not to do” standards to support representative professionalism and performance.
  • Provide hands-on operational support before, during and after flights.
  • Continuously refine training processes to improve service quality, reduce errors, and strengthen the overall capability of the Flight Representative team.
  • Lead strategic projects to support the growth of the Flight Representative department across the U.S. and Canada,
  • Act as the primary escalation point during live operations and develop FBO relationships nationwide.
  • Oversee the maintenance of accurate monthly records and reporting on Flight Representative coverage across the U.S. and Canada
  • Strengthen collaboration with Jet Card Managers to ensure consistent execution, reliable communication, and a high-quality experience for Jet Card clients.
  • Follow company procedures methodically to safeguard both ACS and its clients.
