Flight Paramedics should be knowledgeable, participate, and promote Acadian/AirMed mission, vision, and goals. Conducts him/herself as a leader, a role model, and a clinical resource. Participates in meetings with the Air Med Management group to include disaster drills, staff meetings, and community/hospital meetings. Identifies areas of concern and communicates with Flight Line Supervisors, Associate Quality Improvement Supervisors, Operations Manager/Supervisor, Chief Flight Nurse, and Quality Improvement Supervisor as necessary. Promotes company health and wellness programs and initiatives. Assists and works with Associate Quality Improvement Supervisors and Flight Line Supervisors as needed. Special project as assigned.
