About The Position
The Flight Paramedic plays a critical role in providing advanced medical care to critically ill patients in diverse and non-traditional settings. This position requires autonomous decision-making in collaboration with a Flight Nurse partner, ensuring appropriate patient care and destination during flights. The Flight Paramedic is also responsible for training and continuing education of medical crew members, maintaining high standards of professionalism, and adhering to medical guidelines and quality assurance protocols.
