About The Position

Lockheed Martin Procerus Technologies is a pioneer, partner, innovator, and builder in the Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS) industry. We are seeking a talented Flight Operations Project Coordinator to assist our sUAS Flight Operations team. In your role, you will be a member of a team engaged in the qualification, test, and demonstration of tactical sUAS and related accessories. You will: - Act as liaison between program managers, flight operations, and site leadership. - Coordinate flight schedules and approvals, customer training, product demonstrations, and internal pilot training - Facilitate the operation, maintenance, and repair of flyable UAS assets and associated payloads - Set up and maintain systems to assist with these duties - Assess productivity issues and develop resolutions to meet relevant business objectives. - Review, contribute to, and promote training curricula and supporting materials for internal pilots and external customers

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
One year experience supporting a technical, flight operations, or related functional team

Nice To Haves

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working around sUAS
Experience interfacing with military customers

Responsibilities
