About The Position

The Flight Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring safe and efficient corporate air travel solutions. This position involves close collaboration with the Flight Operations Manager, aviation personnel, and senior executives to maximize aircraft and flight-crew utilization while managing executive travel schedules. The coordinator is responsible for maintaining records, schedules, and administrative tasks related to flight operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 3 years of previous experience with BASC or ISBAO and SMS programs.

Nice To Haves

• 3 years of executive admin experience.
• 3 years' experience in a fast-paced corporate aviation department.
• FAA Dispatcher Rating.
• Flight Safety Scheduler Course.

Responsibilities

• Schedule executive travel on company aircraft in compliance with FAA and company regulations.
• Ensure efficient use of company aircraft and explore alternative lift options when prudent.
• Act as a liaison between corporate admins and aviation personnel.
• Leverage flight scheduling software to maintain flight operations and records.
• Implement updates for aviation software and initiatives.
• Maintain a database to track crew and passenger passport and VISA expirations.
• Coordinate trip logistics for flight-crews and passengers, including catering and transportation.
• Coordinate aircraft ground handling and fuel purchase options with fixed based operators.
• Coordinate aircraft availability with regard to maintenance events.
• Develop trip cost models for management review.
• Provide on-call scheduling support during non-business hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Manage calendars for the Vice President and prepare supporting materials for meetings.
