Join Air Methods in Lehi, Utah, and take on a Flight Nurse role where experience and judgment matter. Lehi sits along Utah’s Wasatch Front, supporting both growing urban communities and complex interfacility and scene responses across the region. As a Flight Nurse, you will deliver advanced critical care during air medical transport, serving patients when minutes count. We are seeking clinicians with a minimum of 36 months of experience in a high-acuity ICU, ER, Flight, or Critical Care Transport setting within the last five years. This role operates on a two 24-hour shift schedule and follows Air Methods CBS clinical standards and Medical Director protocols. You will be responsible for rapid assessment, triage, and treatment of critically ill or injured patients, ensuring safe transport to the appropriate level of care. This position requires strong clinical decision-making, autonomy, and the ability to perform under pressure. If you are looking for a mission-driven flight program, a strong clinical environment, and the opportunity to serve a diverse and growing region, Lehi is a solid place to build your flight career.
