About The Position
The FLIGHT DECK Lean Specialist will lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives across Durham Engine Facility using the FLIGHT DECK lean operating model. This role is critical in ensuring the highest standards of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) are met. The practitioner will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement lean methodologies, enhance operational efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
