About The Position
Guardian Flight is currently seeking a full-time Flight Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our Communication Center in Lewisville, TX. This position is crucial in a fast-paced environment where Flight Coordinators work both individually and collaboratively to coordinate requests for patient transports via air ambulance across the United States. The Communication Center is responsible for customer interaction, coordinating aircraft arrivals for patient transport, and monitoring both helicopter and fixed-wing aircraft in flight. This exciting role promotes continued employee growth as you work closely with pilots, nurses, paramedics, aircraft mechanics, and administrators to ensure our patients are flown to their destination safely and promptly. The Communications team operates on a unique schedule of 12-hour shifts, working 7 days on followed by 7 days off, which allows for a better work/life balance. Both day and night shifts are available, providing flexibility for employees.
