About The Position

The Flight Coordinator at DO & CO is responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of high-end catering services to international airline partners. This role involves overseeing the loading and unloading of catering supplies, conducting quality checks, and maintaining communication with various departments to meet client requirements. The position requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

  • Capacity to work well within a team as well as exhibit leadership skills
  • Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
  • Minimum of 2 years of related work experience preferably in customer service is beneficial
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Computer literate
  • Must have flexible availability

Responsibilities

  • Maintain professional communication with different channels and distribute all incoming operational information to the affected departments.
  • Ensure production processes, quality standards, deadlines, and accuracy are met to hand over DO & CO's high-end products to their aircraft crew in person without delays.
  • Ensure products and trolleys always meet the utmost quality standards and the delivery is done according to the customer's instructions.
  • Conduct physical counts and pack additional equipment or products.
  • Identify procedures that can be improved and put forward suggestions for more efficiency and customer care.
  • Confirm special meals and the correct number of meals for each flight are ready, packed, and assigned correctly.
  • Work alongside a team of Food Packers with a hands-on approach and assist in assembly line when necessary, setting up trays, preparing and packaging food inside a cooler/refrigerated area.
