About The Position

The Flight Coordinator role at DO & CO involves ensuring that assigned flights are delivered according to customer requirements efficiently. The position requires close liaison with international airline clients and oversight of food packing teams to ensure accuracy in deliveries. Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience, preferably in customer service.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional communication with different channels and distribute all incoming operational information to the affected departments.
• Ensure production processes, quality standards, deadlines, and accuracy are met to hand over DO & CO's high-end products to their aircraft crew in person without delays.
• Ensure products and trolleys meet the utmost quality standards at all times and that delivery is done according to customer's instructions.
• Conduct physical counts and pack additional equipment or products.
• Identify procedures that can be improved and put forward suggestions for more efficiency and customer care.
• Confirm special meals and the correct number of meals for each flight are ready, packed, and assigned correctly.
• Work alongside a team of Food Packers with a hands-on approach and assist in assembly line when necessary, setting up trays, preparing, and packaging food inside a cooler/refrigerated area.
