About The Position

The Flight Coordinator at DO & CO is responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality catering services to aircraft crews. This role involves maintaining professional communication across various channels, managing production processes, and ensuring that all products meet the company's high standards. The Flight Coordinator will work closely with a team to prepare and package food, confirm meal orders, and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of related work experience, preferably in customer service.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional communication with different channels and distribute all incoming operational information to affected departments.
• Ensure production processes, quality standards, deadlines, and accuracy are met for high-end products delivered to aircraft crews.
• Ensure products and trolleys meet quality standards and delivery is done according to customer instructions.
• Conduct physical counts and pack additional equipment or products as needed.
• Identify procedures for improvement and suggest enhancements for efficiency and customer care.
• Confirm special meals and the correct number of meals for each flight are ready, packed, and assigned correctly.
• Work alongside a team of Food Packers, assisting in assembly line tasks, setting up trays, and preparing food in a refrigerated area.
