We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell MV-75 Valor Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA), part of the US Army’s Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort, and a next generation stop-fold tilt-rotor as part of the DARPA SPRINT program. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless and designing upgrade kits for the legacy fleet.

  • Design and test flight control systems.
  • Develop system architecture and manage system redundancy.
  • Conduct fault management and crew alerting.
  • Implement flight management and aircraft autonomy.
  • Integrate and validate systems in desktop integrated lab environments.
  • Simulate pilot in the loop environments and conduct flight tests.
  • Experience in embedded system development including system architecture design and requirements derivation.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as RTCA DO-160, MIL-STD-810, RTCA DO-178, and others.
  • Experience with software development in embedded or real-time operating systems (RTOS) using Model Based Design techniques.
  • Knowledge of hardware and software associated with Flight Control Systems and Avionics.
  • Experience with System Safety Assessments and Certification/Test plans.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced degrees in relevant fields.
  • Related degrees with relevant experience.
  • 9/80 work schedule allowing every other Friday off.
