Our Americas company is looking for an experienced and motivated Credit and Collections Team Leader who will play a pivotal role in driving and optimizing the collections and recoveries process for the corporate business. This is a critical and highly visible position requiring a strong self-starter. This hands-on role will oversee the credit collections strategies by working with internal and external stakeholders whilst leading and growing the collections team. The goal is to effectively streamline and optimize debtor payments while minimizing invoiced to pay days ensuring accurate allocation of customer receipts and compliance with terms while maintaining cash flow.
