The Flight Affiliate Coordinator position will work with the Associate Director of Affiliate Operations within their department. Assist with FTA and student account management. Assist with auditing of FTA training lessons for compliance and accuracy. Maintaining of Electronic Files for each FTA and enrolled students at each location. Assist with compliance tracking and maintenance of files for FTAs and students. Assists with various projects in support of daily operations as directed. Communicate with students and FTAs via phone and email and regularly answer phone calls. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Report to and work with department Associate Director. Daily communication with FTA's (Flight Training Affiliates), which includes phone calls and emails Student inquiries Assist with compliance tracking. Other duties as assigned by the department. Productivity/Performance Strive to give students, staff, and external customers (FTAs) quality customer service and training. Maintain a 10-20 hour work week. Be available to customers (FTAs and students) who have questions. QUALIFICATIONS AND CREDENTIALS Education and Experience Four-year college degree required. Well-developed written and oral communication skills Well-developed computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications Experience with software development and troubleshooting. Excellent organizational skills ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES ESSENTIAL TO THE FUNCTION OF THE JOB Communication and Comprehension Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to convey clear, well-articulated information. Ability to understand, speak, and write English to convey messages and correspond in an articulate and professional manner. Possess public communication skills that allow professional representation of Liberty University to a variety of business and community customers and associates. Strong organizational skills. Excellent computer skills. Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environment while always exercising sound judgment. Problem Solving Intuitively able to reason, analyze information and events, and apply judgment in order to solve problems of both a routine and complex nature. Physical and Sensory Abilities Frequently required to sit for extended periods to perform deskwork or type on a keyboard. Regularly required to hear and speak to effectively communicate orally. Occasionally required to stand, walk, and climb stairs to move about the building. Handle materials, reach overhead, kneel, or stoop in order to conduct business. Regularly lift 20 or fewer pounds.
