About the position

As a Flexologist at StretchLab, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through one-on-one and group stretching sessions, helping them achieve their wellness goals. This position is designed for passionate individuals in the wellness and fitness industry, including those with backgrounds in physical therapy, massage therapy, yoga, Pilates, or personal training. You will be part of a unique training program that emphasizes delivering a world-class experience to clients while fostering a supportive community atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one and group stretching sessions to enhance client flexibility and wellness.
• Motivate and coach clients to stretch beyond their limits and achieve their fitness goals.
• Maintain a safe environment for clients during stretching sessions.
• Participate in team meetings and educational sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Promote StretchLab through social media and community engagement.
• Ensure the cleanliness and readiness of the stretching space and equipment.

Requirements

• Valid Certified Fitness Instructor certification or equivalent fitness certification.
• Experience in a hands-on training role within a health or fitness environment.
• Strong communication skills to create a welcoming and empathetic atmosphere.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in social media management.
• Background in massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, dance, yoga, or Pilates.
