Requirements

• Certification and/or degree from a nationally accredited organization in Personal Training, Athletic Training, Massage Therapy, Physical Therapy, Yoga Instruction, or related fields
• Strong understanding of Anatomy
• Professional work ethic and reliability
• Positive energy, enthusiasm, and attitude
• Excellent communication skills and empathy
• Team-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a former collegiate or professional athlete

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
• Educate clients on stretching techniques and mobility
• Create customized stretching experiences for clients
• Help build memberships and retention through unique StretchLab experiences
• Ensure client safety regarding proper stretching techniques and enforce StretchLab policies
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and complete continuing education
• Help clean and maintain the studio environment and equipment
