Requirements
- Passion for boutique fitness, mobility, and helping people feel their best
- Fitness certification required
- Experience in a hands-on fitness or wellness environment
- Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence
- Ability to create a positive, welcoming environment for all clients
- Professional, reliable, and accountable with strong work ethic
- Passion for building relationships and helping clients achieve their goals
- Must be available to complete our Flexologist™ Training Program, which includes: ~20 hours of online coursework 2 days of in-person, hands-on training

Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
- Encourage, motivate, and educate clients throughout each session
- Build and retain a strong client base through membership sales and relationship building
- Deliver a best-in-class stretching experience every session
- Book and manage recurring appointments
- Maintain accurate and consistent client notes
- Maximize client utilization through follow-ups, renewals, and outreach
- Ensure client safety by following proper stretch techniques and studio policies
- Assist with studio tours and sales alongside the Sales Associates and General Manager
- Handle member concerns professionally when needed
- Maintain an active social media presence to support engagement and retention
- Clean and maintain equipment to ensure a safe and professional environment
- Attend required staff meetings and ongoing education sessions
