About The Position

Is This You? Do you thrive on tuning a flexo press until color, registration, and speed are perfectly in sync? Are you ready to make an impact at a Brooklyn Park, MN facility running modern narrow‑web equipment? What Presses Will You Operate? You’ll work on narrow‑web systems, including Mark Andy, Symjet, and MPS platforms. When Would You Work? 4‑crew dayshift: 12‑hour schedule, 6am–6pm, rotating every 13 weeks from front‑of‑week to back‑of‑week. 2nd shift: 2pm–10pm, Monday through Friday. What Will You Do Each Shift? Prepare, set up, and run flexographic jobs to exacting print standards. Track press performance and quality metrics; fine‑tune settings to maintain specs. Conduct routine maintenance and resolve mechanical issues quickly. Coordinate with production teammates to meet deadlines and output goals. Document production details accurately; escalate issues to leadership as needed. Uphold safety rules and quality system requirements from start to finish. What Experience Helps You Succeed? High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical printing education is a plus. Background as a narrow‑web flexo operator or in a closely related press role. Strong grasp of flexographic workflows, inks, substrates, and anilox/roll handling. Mechanical troubleshooting ability and comfort with routine maintenance. Strong attention to detail and a quality‑first mindset. Team‑oriented communicator who contributes positively to the group.
