Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; bonus points for technical printing training.
• Experience as a Narrow Web Flexo Press Operator or equivalent role.
• Strong grasp of narrow web flexographic processes and related equipment.
• Mechanical skills to diagnose issues and execute routine maintenance.
• Exceptional attention to detail and an unwavering focus on quality.
• Team-oriented communicator who collaborates effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, and operate flexographic presses to deliver consistent, high-quality work.
• Track performance in real time, adjusting for speed, color, registration, and substrate conditions.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues to reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with production to achieve deadlines and daily throughput goals.
