Ecolab is seeking a Production Technician III to join our team in Fort Worth, TX Plant. As a Production Technician III, you’ll help deliver products that support clean water, safe food, and healthy environments around the world. In this role, you’ll operate and troubleshoot complex equipment. You’ll apply your technical expertise to resolve issues, support continuous improvement, and ensure safe, high-quality production. This is a hands-on opportunity to lead by example, deepen your operational knowledge, and thrive in a collaborative, performance-driven environment. How You’ll Make an Impact: Operate and monitor chemical processing equipment and systems to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient production Interpret plant specifications to determine required ingredients, product parameters, and procedural modifications Initiate and regulate the flow of materials through equipment such as heating vessels and mixing tanks, either manually or through automated systems Adjust controls and instrumentation to maintain optimal process conditions, including temperature, pressure, and flow rates Conduct in-process sampling and quality checks to confirm product integrity and adherence to standards Accurately document production data, equipment readings, and any deviations or malfunctions during the shift Provide technical assistance to resolve equipment breakdowns or process issues and support root cause analysis of recurring problems Support line changeovers, sanitation procedures, and core Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities Participate in and lead continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and Kaizen activities, to enhance safety, quality, and productivity Identify and implement opportunities to reduce waste and improve process efficiency Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment in accordance with safety and quality protocols Position Details: Plant Location: Fort Worth, Texas Plant Work Week & Shift: 3rd shift Monday - Thursday 3:15pm - 1:45am Compensation: $26 per hour What’s Unique About This Role: Be part of a team that directly supports Ecolab’s mission to protect public health and the environment Apply your technical knowledge to solve problems and improve operations Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence Grow in a supportive environment that values safety, collaboration, and shared success Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent 1 year of experience running a flexographic press machine Ability to read and interpret instructions in English No immigration sponsorship available for this role Physical Requirements of Position: Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs Ecolab is committed to providing reasonable accommodation to qualified individuals with a disability. Annual or Hourly Compensation Range The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $34.50. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
