About The Position

Make Print That Brands Trust At our Brooklyn Park, MN facility, your craft as a flexographic narrow‑web operator will turn designs into precise, high-quality prints. You’ll help us keep promises to customers by running reliable, repeatable production on modern equipment. Your Impact Own press setup, changeover, and operation to achieve premium results on every job. Guard quality in real time—monitor registration, color, and die‑cut as needed; adjust proactively. Keep equipment healthy with routine care and practical troubleshooting. Collaborate across production to hit schedules and throughput goals. Log materials, run data, and issues with accuracy and clarity. Promote a safe workplace and adhere to all quality standards. Tools & Technology You’ll operate narrow‑web presses such as Mark Andy, Symjet, and MPS. Work Schedules 4‑crew days: 12‑hour days, 6am–6pm, rotating every 13 weeks from front‑of‑week to back‑of‑week. 2nd shift: 2pm–10pm, Monday–Friday. What You’ll Need High school diploma or equivalent; technical printing training preferred. Demonstrated success as a narrow‑web flexo operator or similar press role. Proficiency with flexographic processes, materials, and press systems. Mechanical problem‑solving ability and routine maintenance skills. Detail‑driven, quality‑focused approach. Collaborative communicator who works well within a team.
