About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Flexo Press Operator to join our dynamic team in Brooklyn Park, MN. As a Flexo Press Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality printed materials. If you have a passion for precision and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you! We operate narrow-web presses such as Mark Andy, Symjet, and MPS. Multiple Shifts available including: 2nd Shift: 2pm - 12 a.m. 4 days/week. 4-crew: 12-hour shift that rotates every 13 weeks from front of week to back of week.6pm-6am.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing preferred.
Proven experience as a Narrow Web Flexo Press Operator or similar role.
Strong understanding of narrow web flexographic printing processes and equipment.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed products.
Monitor press operations to ensure optimal performance and quality standards are met.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment.
Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and production goals.
Maintain accurate production records and report any issues to management.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations throughout the printing process.
