About The Position

The position involves operating flexographic converting equipment, performing set-ups, adjustments, and quality checks to ensure that products meet specifications. The role requires adherence to safety requirements, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, and established safety protocols. The candidate must maintain high levels of attendance, performance, and productivity in a fast-paced, high-output environment. Responsibilities include accurately following work instructions, production tickets, and print cards, as well as recording production and quality data using Kiwiplan FFF and other designated applications. The individual will monitor and maintain production and quality standards while troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues. Collaboration within a team environment is essential, and the candidate may need to provide guidance and delegation to crew members as needed. Other related duties may be assigned as necessary.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of related job experience.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills are required.
