Requirements

• 1-3 years of related job experience.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate flexographic converting equipment, including performing set-ups, adjustments, and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Adhere to safety requirements, including LOTO, PPE usage, and established safety protocols.
• Maintain high levels of attendance, performance, and productivity in a fast-paced, high output environment.
• Accurately follow work instructions, production tickets, and print cards.
• Record production and quality data using Kiwiplan FFF and other designated applications.
• Monitor and maintain production and quality standards while troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment, while providing guidance and delegation to crew members as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
