Requirements

• 6 months of packaging or printing experience in Flexo Folder Gluer/Rotary Die Cutter.
• Strong safety background and good attendance record.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be willing to work the first and second shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate flexo folder gluer and rotary die cutter machinery.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
• Act as a leader in the training process for crew members.
• Mount printing and cutting dies to cylinder/shaft.
• Mix and adjust ink viscosity as needed.
• Perform quality checks on each order to verify material based on customer requirements.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production goals.
• Accurately record production data into the computer daily.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations and company procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
