About The Position

As a Flexo Board Press Operator, you’ll produce high-quality flexographic printed board for our plate production line. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills
• Good color matching and attention to detail
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Team-oriented and safety-focused

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate flexo printing presses
• Load printing sleeves, cylinders, and roll stock
• Mix and adjust inks using the NovaFlow system
• Monitor color using spectro densitometers
• Adjust tension, color stations, and dryers as needed
• Safely clear jams and maintain equipment
• Track materials, waste, and production data
• Follow GMP/SQF guidelines and safety protocols
• Participate in equipment care and reliability programs
• Train and support new team members
