Requirements

• Is CNA or NA certified (REQUIRED)
• Has at least 1 year of caregiving experience
• Is dependable , flexible , and committed to providing high-quality care
• Has a reliable vehicle , valid driver’s license , and no-fault car insurance
• Is available to work at least 6 days a week , including Monday–Friday (8 AM–8 PM) and Saturday (8 AM–8 PM)
• Can accept all assigned shifts with minimal call-offs

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and companionship to clients
• Assisting with client introductions (paid time)
• Modeling high standards of care, professionalism, and leadership
• Training and mentoring new caregivers to ensure quality care is maintained
• Being available for shifts at least 6 days a week , including Monday–Friday and Saturday , between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
