This is a beautifully flexible role designed for someone who enjoys children, values meaningful connection, and is looking for light, purposeful work without long-term commitment or rigid scheduling. THE ROLE You’ll step into thoughtfully run households to provide occasional support — offering a calm, capable presence while parents work or attend commitments. Days are simple and enjoyable: • Reading, conversation, and imaginative play • Time outdoors • Light snacks and meals • Creating a steady, reassuring environment for children This is not a high-demand position — it’s about presence, warmth, and reliability. FLEXIBILITY, BY DESIGN Shifts are posted through our app, and you’re free to accept only what fits your schedule. No minimum hours required No ongoing schedule to manage Work occasionally or more regularly — entirely your choice Have at least 4 days of weekday availability a month.
