About The Position

We are a Sitters Childcare Agency- we hire experienced nannies & sitters of all ages! We have been an outstanding nanny/sitter agency in Austin and Houston for over 29 years!! We provide reliable professional nanny and sitter services to families in and around the Greater Houston Areas. We cover all of the following areas in and around Houston. Friendswood to Galveston, Pearland, South Houston, Downtown, North Houston, Sugarland, Katy, Channelview, Humble, Spring, Tomball, Jersey Village, Cypress, and Woodlands to Conroe! ❇️ We love our caregivers as much as our client families so Our agency is looking for full time and part time Experienced, Exceptional and passionate sitters able to work a minimum; 20 hours a week, to care for our large pool of client families in and all around the Houston area. We will provide you with outstanding professional training, preparation, and unflinching support from your Managers and booking team. ❇️ Make Your own Schedule! Our Team of Caregivers manage their own schedules in our system through an easy-to-use app. Assignments of all types are available around the clock and are great for outgoing individuals who enjoy working with flexibility and a variety of families. This makes a great primary or secondary job. Jovie offers: ++ Competitive pay starting Salary: $13.00 to $17.00 /hour base rate pay Travel bonus available for qualifying jobs Qualifying Special Assignments: $18-$24/hr Opportunity for pay increases annually. ++ Flexible scheduling: You build your own scheduling through our MyJovie phone app. ++Ongoing support + professional development and training through our ExpandShare app and in-person Events. ++ Safety Reassurance: We vet our families too, so we can ensure professional, safe, and legal employment. Requirements

Abide by our no smoking policy
Must be at least 19 years old
Must be legal to work in US
Must have clear background check results and willing to take a drug screening test
Must have reliable car
driver license and auto insurance in your name or as a listed driver
Must have 2 or more years of childcare experience and 4 childcare references (Including any babysitting, nanny jobs, childcare center, coaching, teaching, volunteer, church nursery etc.)
Please do not include information about family, relatives, or any childcare before age 16, as we do not accept this.
Not hiring temporary employees
Must be proficient in using technology, email, and app systems for work related tasks.
