No broken glasses or misplaced hearing aids will escape your eagle eye! Become a master of potions and elixirs! Help residents with their daily medication routines, ensuring every pill finds its mark. Transform into a safety superhero, keeping a watchful eye on our residents' well-being. Your spidey senses will tingle at the first sign of trouble! Be the Sherlock Holmes of documentation, meticulously recording resident conditions and any plot twists in their care. Flex those multitasking muscles! You'll be juggling tasks like a circus performer, from restocking supplies to attending riveting staff meetings. Embrace your inner chameleon, adapting to different shifts, neighborhoods, and resident needs with the grace of a seasoned shapeshifter. Remember, with great flexibility comes great responsibility! You'll need to be ready to save the day with a minimum of 2 shifts per month, often in thrilling 12-hour adventures. Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with their daily needs, including bathing and dressing.
  • Anticipate and uncover resident care needs.
  • Help residents with their daily medication routines.
  • Monitor residents' well-being and safety.
  • Document resident conditions and care details.
  • Restock supplies and attend staff meetings.
  • Adapt to different shifts and resident needs.

Requirements

  • Medication certification; QMAP-A/L, Med Tech, Med Aide, Nurse Delegation as per state requirements.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • One year of experience in elder care preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills preferred.
  • Strong self-management and organization skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities and adaptability.
  • Ability to handle difficult and sensitive issues while maintaining confidentiality.
