About The Position

The Flex Team Member provides cleaning and light maintenance support across multiple buildings within a private education campus. This role helps ensure facilities remain clean, safe, and well-maintained by traveling between assigned buildings to assist where coverage or additional support is needed.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR screening
• Ability to travel between multiple campus buildings as needed
• Ability to pass a background check to work in a private education environment
• Flexible availability to work different shifts when needed
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and perform indoor and outdoor cleaning tasks

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple campus buildings to provide cleaning support as needed
• Clean classrooms, offices, hallways, restrooms, lobbies, stairways, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors, carpets, and surfaces
• Restock restroom supplies and remove trash and recycling
• Assist with outdoor cleaning such as sweeping sidewalks and picking up trash when needed
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and auto scrubbers
• Report maintenance or equipment issues to the supervisor
• Assist with special cleaning projects and provide coverage when staff are absent
