28d$30 - $36

About The Position

Ready for a healthcare adventure? Join our night owl squad as a Flex Team LPN! You'll be the superhero of our Communities of Christian Living Communities (CLC), swooping in to save the day (or night) on an as-needed basis. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to provide top-notch clinical services across all our realms - from skilled nursing to assisted living. You'll be the master of all shifts, coordinating care like a pro and tailoring services to fit each resident's unique needs and preferences. It's like being a healthcare detective, always on the lookout for clues to provide the best holistic, person-centered care! As a valued member of our Flex team, we're counting on you to rock at least 2 shifts per month. Most of these are 12-hour marathons of awesomeness. This PRN position lets you be the captain of your own ship, choosing multiple locations, dates, and shifts. Our Community Staffing Team will be your trusty sidekick, working closely with you to match your preferences with CLC's needs. It's like a perfect dance of flexibility and fulfillment!
