UNFI is seeking Warehouse Order Selectors who desire a flexible work schedule that allows them to choose their own days. This position is ideal for individuals looking to earn extra money without the commitment of overtime. As part of the largest distributor of conventional, natural, organic, and specialty products in the United States and Canada, you will play a crucial role in supplying better-for-you food to families nationwide. Our warehouse associates are essential in ensuring that our retailers, ranging from small family-owned stores to large chains like Whole Foods Markets, receive the products they need to serve their customers effectively. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting products safely throughout the warehouse using electric pallet jacks. You will maintain high standards of order selection performance, ensuring speed and accuracy while minimizing damage. Accuracy in labeling and pallet building is critical, as is maintaining a positive attitude and a sense of teamwork. You will also assist other departments as needed and build strong relationships within the warehouse to promote a safe and respectful working environment. This position offers a starting pay of $21.25 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $23.25 per hour after two consecutive weeks of 100%+ productivity. Additional incentives include a weekend differential of $2.00 per hour and a freezer differential of $2.00 per hour.
