  • Oversee the strategic integration of MDS products based on Adobe Experience Manager and related platforms.

  • 6+ years of experience in digital product management and enterprise platform integration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multiple product teams and identify dependencies.
  • Experience integrating business priorities into actionable product and technical roadmaps.
  • Fluency in Generative AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot.
  • Skilled in managing vendors, SLAs, and capacity planning.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Metrics driven mindset with experience defining and reporting KPIs/OKRs.
  • Background in platform product management or enterprise platform governance.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Experience Manager and headless content management architecture.
  • Experience codifying AI usage guidelines within product workflows.
  • Knowledge of compliance, risk, and data stewardship as they relate to digital product orchestration.
  • Hybrid work environment with reporting 2-3 times per week to Marriott HQ in Bethesda, MD.
