About the position

The Flex Security Officer position at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. offers an opportunity to serve the community while receiving advanced training in safety and security. This role involves providing operational support to clients, gaining specialized knowledge in various security solutions, and being evaluated for leadership and growth potential. Flex Officers will be responsible for short-term security assignments and assisting in staffing requirements during shortages.

Responsibilities

• Provide security for short-term special security assignments.
• Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, holidays, etc.
• Assist in start-ups at new accounts which includes working the site & training newly assigned permanent Security Officers.
• Provide high level customer service to our clients & their guests.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma OR GED.
• Standard computer and technology skills.
• Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, & have a strong work ethic.
• Conflict resolution & de-escalation skills.
• Safe Driving, Audiogram, and Vision Screening will be required.
• Previous security experience preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous Military & / OR Law Enforcement experience.
