Trident is looking for a focused and adaptable professional to serve as a Flex Security Officer supporting afternoon shift operations across multiple client sites. This is an ideal role for someone who values variety, reliability, and delivering top-tier security service in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

Must possess a valid Alabama Security Regulatory Board (ASRB) Guard Card or be eligible to obtain one.
Capable of walking, standing, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-stress situations.
Must have reliable personal transportation.
Must be willing and able to work at multiple client sites within Greater Madison, Limestone, and Morgan Counties.
Availability to work afternoon shift hours, including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

Patrol and secure all assigned areas, including checking doors, gates, and access points during afternoon shift hours.
Monitor properties for safety hazards, maintenance issues, or unauthorized entry.
Provide clear directions and assistance to visitors and client employees.
Respond immediately to medical emergencies and administer CPR/AED if needed.
Inspect security equipment daily and report any suspicious activity.
Rotate and flex between multiple client sites across Greater Madison, Limestone, and Morgan Counties as operational needs require.
