About The Position

The FLEX Officer is someone that reports directly to the Field Operations Supervisor and helps fill in at various sites. They are provided full time hours, but do not have a "home base" at one site. Our FLEX officers are split by their availability. We have "Day" FLEX, designated to working any day shift between the hours of 6 am and 11 pm. Our "Overnight" FLEX team covers all other shifts during the overnight hours, anywhere from 8 pm to 8 am.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
• Must have a GED or High School Diploma
• Ability to walk/stand for long periods
• Flexible work availability
• Valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record
• At least 18 years old
• Flexibility to travel to and work at multiple client sites in the Burlington area
• Ability to pass an onboarding check and obtain a VT Guard Card.
