About The Position

The Flex Sales Associate will be a dedicated Pandora fan, responsible for delivering a world-class experience, exceeding sales goals, and continuously finding innovative ways to engage and attract customers. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule, allowing associates to work during peak hours to provide incredible customer experiences and support store operations. Associates will share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery, fostering a passion for the brand.

Requirements

• Can demonstrate you’re a results-oriented seller.
• Developed a sense of Care in your communication skills both written and verbal.
• Know how to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• At least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identify and eligibility to work.
• A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays is all part of the excitement.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Timely arrival to work.
• Flexible Schedule where you will work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
• Reliable Support and step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
