The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract customers. This Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) role is designed to fit a flexible lifestyle, requiring the associate to work during peak hours to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations. The associate's passion will be evident when sharing product knowledge and inspiring customers to style their jewellery, giving a voice to people’s loves. Please note, this job will require the completion of an assessment that will be emailed upon application submittal. Peak hours are defined as evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods such as promotions or product launches.

Requirements

• Can demonstrate you’re a results-oriented seller.
• Have developed a sense of Care in your communication skills both written and verbal.
• Know how to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Are at least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identify and eligibility to work.
• Dream and embrace adventure! A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays is all part of the excitement. This can include standing for extended periods, ability to lift 50+ pounds and timely arrival to work.
• Flexible Schedule where you will work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
• Reliable Support and step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
