The Flex Sales Associate role is designed for individuals who are ultimate Pandora Fans, responsible for delivering world-class customer experiences, exceeding sales goals, and engaging customers in innovative ways. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule, allowing associates to work during peak hours to provide exceptional fan experiences and support store operations. Associates will share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery, giving a voice to people's loves.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate being a results-oriented seller.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Be at least 18 years or older and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
  • Timely arrival to work.
  • Ability to work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
  • Provide reliable support and step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
