The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract customers. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule, primarily during peak hours (evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, product launches), to provide incredible customer experiences and support store operations. Associates will share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery, giving a voice to people's loves.

Requirements

• Demonstrate being a results-oriented seller.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels of the organization.
• Be at least 18 years or older and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Timely arrival to work.
• Flexible Schedule where you will work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
• Reliable Support and step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
