About The Position

Geisinger Wyoming Valley is seeking a Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join our skilled and collaborative team of critical care providers, practicing state-of-the-art medicine with support from excellent physicians and nursing staff. Requirements

• Master's Degree in Nurse Practitioner (Required)
• Master's Degree in Physician Assistant (Required)
• Basic Life Support Certification - Default Issuing Body
• Certified Nurse Practitioner - American Academy of Nurse Practitioners
• Licensed Registered Nurse (Pennsylvania) - RN_State of Pennsylvania
• Skills in Care Management Knowledge, Clinical Policies And Standards, Health Information Documentation, Patient Assessment And Care, Patient Safety, Patients Rights.

Responsibilities

• Work in a collegial team of extremely kind and welcoming providers.
• Choose your shifts: 12-hour shifts from 7pm-7am.
• Serve in a collaborative role with the physician and staff in assessing needs, planning and providing education and care, evaluating outcomes, and coordinating follow-up and referrals for patients.
