Flex Pac (2nd Shift, Full Time)
About The Position
We are looking for a Flex Pac (Picker/Packer) associate who will bring support, organization and above all else, personality to our team. It is important to us that this person has the energy and desire to manage the execution of all activities that are deemed necessary to the position. The notable responsibilities of the Flex Pac (Picker/Packer) are: To remove customer order from tote, inspect and assure proper unit and quantity, apply customer value-added services, pack in appropriate carton, label and place on exit queue conveyor Perform keyboard transactions to operate core systems, such as Maui system Process garments and pack cartons following procedures Perform value-added services such as price ticketing, hangers, specialized folding, bags, etc. Apply labels, barcodes Operation of hand held scanner Reprint labels or tags Assemble cartons and manually tape them as needed Maintain established expectancy and accuracy goals Overhead scanners
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to use a handheld scanner
- Good hand/eye coordination
- Excellent number correlation
- Flexibility with regards to job responsibilities
- Working knowledge and proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Extremely strong customer service orientation and the ability to multi-task; with the desire to work in a very fast paced environment and an ability to not become frustrated with last minute changes
- Effective interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong team orientation
- Excellent discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy
- Demonstrated ability to learn new computer programs quickly
- Must demonstrate an energetic, positive, helpful demeanor and a passion and interest in LS & Co.

- Previous warehouse experience is a HUGE BONUS
