The purpose of the Relief/ Flex Operator is to provide relief for warehouse personnel, dryer operators, mix operators, bagging operators due to vacations, illness, etc. All duties listed on dryer operator, mix operator, bagging operator and warehouse personnel job descriptions, performed in accordance with our Quality System procedures. Assist in QA lab as necessary. During periods when relief duties are not required, janitorial services will be performed throughout the plant and grounds. Cleaning, sanitizing and obtaining environmental samples, as well as light maintenance such as painting and minor repair work will be required. Will be on call if other employees are ill or cannot report to work for other reasons. Follow safety rules and wear appropriate safety gear as necessary.
