About The Position
About The Opportunity Key Duties and Responsibilities: · Assist with the completion of material changes, option changes, and mold and version changes. · Perform nozzle preparation, including the cleaning, testing and assembling of nozzles and nozzle blocks. · Clean presses and press areas as needed. · Participate in safety and communications meetings as scheduled. · Support in times of need: i.e., production support, vacation coverage, and overtime changeover support. · Fill in for Relief Operators and Production Operators as needed. · Perform daily checks and audits of process systems including but not limited to mold pre-stage checks, water line checks, 5S audits, and Daily Equipment Checks (DEC). · Assist other technical team members in their daily job duties, including preventive maintenance on injection molding tools and equipment.
Requirements
- 1 year of continuous employment
- 1 year in a manufacturing environment
