Summary/Objective The Supervisor manages people in a fast-paced environment like production, the supervisor is an integral part of the manufacturing process. They must be competent and comprehend complex operations. Communication skills are important to be able to clearly communicate expectations with all members of the team. The Supervisor's goal is to ensure that products are delivered at maximum quality in a profitable manner. By giving clear and timely instructions the Supervisor oversees the work of employees to ensure successful completion of tasks. Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules. Setting daily/weekly objectives and communicating them to employees. Oversee workflow and production; coach employees, provide feedback and evaluate performance. Ensure the safe use of equipment and follow schedule process checklist program. Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow work instructions. Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools. Recruit, interview, select, and train new employees. Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards. Competencies Organizational and Leadership abilities. They work in an environment in which safety, environmental and health concerns may demand constant attention. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Standards days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Travel No travel is expected for this position. We are ISO 9001:2015 & AS9100D certified. Salary Range: $70,000-$95,000 This is the full salary range for the position. Most new hires can expect to start around $70,000. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
